A new feature on the dashboard allows you to view anyone's chat from the dashboard as long as you know that room's chat ID.

To do this, you'll need to be logged in and on the dashboard. Once you're there, you'll notice a dropdown list on the "owned chats" header.

A dropdown menu appears when you click 'Owned Chats' in the upper left corner.

From this dropdown list you can toggle between your owned chats & other's chats that you've favorited. To add a new favorite, the "Create Chat" button has been replaced with an "Add Favorite" button while you're viewing favorited chats.
